 Rosemary Beach is located in Floriday's panhandle in south Walton County along scenic route 30-a. It was developed post-Seaside and boasts a residential quality of life that is second to none. Many full-time residents have made Rosemary Beach their home, but it is also an active vacation community with homeowners from Atlanta, Birmingham, Orlando, Chicago, Mobile, and many other cities and states.
